Earlier I wrote about the Paul Pierce-Kevin Garnett effect in Brooklyn, they've been amazing. Going into the match up with Miami its going to be like old home week with Pierce, Garnett and LeBron continuing the fierce rivalry that never seems to go away. Pierce and Garnett may be wearing black and silver this year but its all green underneath. In a few years, after Pierce and Garnett are retired, folks will look back and go "yeah, that quick run with Brooklyn was nice, but man, they'll always be Boston's favorite sons."
